Fun Run News
Dear Parents,
Friday, November 5th is our FUN RUN and we are so excited! We are expecting this to be an exciting day for all of us. The following information may be helpful.
Dress Code:
Activity uniform
Lunch:
The menu includes hamburger, chips & soft drink.
We will also have a concession stand to purchase snacks and other treats. If you volunteered to bring snacks, please have them here by 8:00.
Time:
The Fun Run will take place from 8:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Students in 7th-12th grade will be dismissed at 10:30. Our elementary division will be dismissed at 1:00. If you have both a high school student and elementary student, they may all be picked up at 10:30. Students not picked up by 1:00 should report to After Care. The fee for this service is $7.00 per student.
Bad Weather:
In the event of inclement weather we will alter our plans. WE WILL STILL HAVE THE FUN RUN!
Balloon Release Time Line:
Wednesday, November 3rd
K3 thru K5 at 10:15, 1st thru 6th at 1:20
Thursday, November 4th
7th thru 12th at 9:40
Fun Run:
All Fun Run money should be turned in by Friday, November 12th. A maximum number of 20 laps will be applied for all students. All proceeds earned
in the Fun Run will go to the school.
